Can I receive treatments if I’m under 18?

Our patients must be 18 or older to be considered for treatment. This is for the health and wellness of our patients. 


Who will be assisting me with my treatment?

A licensed U.S.-based practitioner will review your medical intake and prescribe the best medication for you and your condition, if approved.

Are your healthcare providers licensed?

All healthcare providers Admired connects you with are U.S. licensed and based.


How can I transfer my prescription from Admired?

Admired is able to offer medication and treatments at the lowest possible prices with the most convenient processes due to our relationships with our pharmacies. When you transfer your prescription, we can no longer guarantee these advantages. 

If you still choose to transfer an active Admired subscription, we can help you accomplish that. First, we will need to know which prescription you would like to transfer. We will then provide you with the contact information of our partner pharmacy in order for your preferred pharmacy to contact them. Transfer out requests can take up to three business days to process. Once this is completed, please contact us to cancel your subscription, if applicable. As mentioned, your prescription pricing with your preferred pharmacy may increase compared to Admired pricing.


Will insurance cover any prescriptions for Admired?

Admired does not accept insurance. If you receive UTI medication, which includes pharmacy pick up only, or yeast infection medication, and choose pharmacy pick up, you can present your insurance upon payment.


Can I use an outside prescription?

Our U.S.-based practitioners provide all prescriptions; therefore, you cannot use outside prescriptions.


Are the medications you prescribe FDA-approved?

Admired offers a variety of FDA-approved medications and medically effective treatments.


Where is my order?

You can track your order through your member portal.


How does shipping work?

Admired offers free 2-3 day shipping for most treatments.


Can I cancel my order?

Once you pay for a treatment package, our providers start your approval process.
If a medical provider denies your treatment and you purchased a discounted package from Admired, we will refund the cost of the medication. Please note consultation fees are non-refundable.


What is your refund policy?

Is your packaging discreet?

Yes. Any treatments shipped to your home are sent in a nondescript box. Your privacy is very important to Admired.


Does the consultation fee include medication costs?

Most Admired treatment packages include a consultation fee with a medical provider and the prescription cost at a discounted price. We want to make your wellness journey as affordable as possible.

All UTI treatments are sent directly to your nearest pharmacy for the fastest relief; therefore, you will only pay for an upfront consultation fee on Admired.com. Payment for prescriptions will be determined and collected at your local pharmacy.

Yeast infection treatments can be shipped or sent to your nearest pharmacy. If you choose the latter, your fees will include a consultation with a medical provider only. Payment for prescriptions will be determined and collected at your local pharmacy.


How do I know how much my medication will be if I let my practitioner decide on what I will be purchasing?

If you opt for your provider to determine the appropriate medication for you, each offered at a varied price, you will be charged the maximum amount, as shown in your cart. Once your provider approves your treatment, you will either receive a refund or the price will remain the same. Admired will not charge additional fees than what you view upon checkout.


Can I contact my Admired provider if I need to for any questions or concerns?

You can connect with a provider through your member portal for the following issues:

  • Taking new medications
  • Experiencing new allergies
  • Experiencing side effects
  • Using another pharmacy since your last fill
  • Concerned that the medication is ineffective

Do I need a prescription before I order my treatment?

All prescriptions will be approved by a licensed U.S. practitioner. Outside prescriptions are not permitted.


Do I need a doctor referral before I order my treatment?

Admired does not require or accept referrals. Our practitioner will review your consultation and if approved, your prescription will be on the way.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.


Do you offer other payment options aside from credit cards, such as PayPal or Apple Pay?

At this time, due to privacy reasons, we only accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
