Can I talk to a doctor if I’m under 18?

Our patients must be 18 or older to be considered for treatment. This is for the health and wellness of our patients. 


Who will be assisting me with my treatment?

A licensed U.S. doctor or practitioner, depending on your condition, will be able to assist you with the optimal care.

Are your healthcare providers licensed?

All our healthcare providers are U.S licensed and based in the United States.


How can I transfer my prescription?

Admired is able to offer medication and treatments at the lowest possible prices with the most convenient processes due to our relationships with our pharmacies. When you transfer your prescription, we can no longer guarantee these advantages. 

If you still choose to transfer an active Admired subscription, we can help you accomplish that. First, we will need to know which prescription you would like to transfer. We will then provide you with the contact information of our partner pharmacy in order for your preferred pharmacy to contact them. Transfer out requests can take up to three business days to process. Once this is completed, please contact us to cancel your subscription, if applicable. As mentioned, your prescription pricing with your preferred pharmacy may increase compared to Admired pricing.


Will insurance cover any prescriptions for Admired?

You do not need insurance for your Admired prescriptions, and we do not accept any form of insurance.


Can I use an outside prescription?

All prescriptions are provided by our U.S.-based practitioners. You are unable to use an outside prescription to purchase medications from Admired. 


Are the medications you prescribe FDA-approved?

Admired offers a variety of FDA-approved medications and treatments. In some cases, the FDA has not approved any medications to treat certain conditions such as premature ejaculation. Studies have shown that off-label use of FDA-approved medications for other conditions have been very effective to treat PE. This is a legal and very common practice in the world of medicine, not just for PE.

How does shipping work?

Admired offers free 2-3 day shipping for most treatments.


Can I cancel my order?

Once you pay for a treatment package, our providers start your approval process.
If a medical provider denies your treatment and you purchased a bundled package from Admired, we will refund the cost of the medication. Please note consultation fees are non-refundable.

Most Admired treatment packages include a consultation fee with a medical provider and the prescription cost at a bundled, discounted price. We want to make your wellness journey as affordable as possible.

Is your packaging discreet?

Your privacy is very important to Admired. All medication, regardless of the condition you are treating, is sent in a nondescript box.


Does the consultation fee include medication costs?

Most Admired treatment packages include a consultation fee with a medical provider and the prescription cost at a bundled, discounted price. We want to make your wellness journey as affordable as possible.

All UTI treatments are sent directly to your nearest pharmacy for the fastest relief; therefore, you will only pay for a consultation fee with Admired. Payment for prescriptions will be determined and collected at your local pharmacy.

Yeast infection treatments can be shipped or sent to your nearest pharmacy. If the latter is purchased, your fees with include a consultation with a medical provider only. Payment for prescriptions will be determined and collected at your local pharmacy.


How do I know how much my medication will be if I let my practitioner decide on what I will be purchasing?

Medication pricing can be viewed on the site prior to you choosing the proper medication or if your Admired practitioner is choosing for you.


Can I contact my Admired provider if I need to for any questions or concerns?

You can connect with your assigned Admired provider through your patient portal.

Only use the portal if you can answer yes to any of the below questions:

  • Have you started taking any new medications?
  • Have you experienced any new allergies?
  • Have you experienced any side effects?
  • Have you been in the hospital, or have you started using another pharmacy since the last fill?
  • Are you concerned that the medication is ineffective

Do I need a prescription before I order my treatment?

All prescriptions will be approved by a licensed U.S. practitioner. Outside prescriptions are not permitted.


Do I need a doctor referral before I order my treatment?

Admired does not require or accept referrals. Our practitioner will review your consultation and if approved, your prescription will be on the way.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.


Do you offer other payment options aside from credit cards, such as PayPal or Apple Pay?

At this time, due to privacy reasons, we only accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
