2. Once your treatment enters the medical queue, Admired generally does not offer refunds. This is because licensed healthcare providers begin reviewing your information and costs are incurred as soon as the order is in progress. 
3. Condition-specific processing exception: If their team takes longer than 48 hours to process your treatment and you contact Admired through your member portal before a provider has evaluated your treatment, you may be eligible for a full refund, as long as no prescriptions or shipments have been processed. 
4. Consultation fees aren’t refundable: If a provider denies treatment, Admired may refund the cost of the medication, but consultation fees are non-refundable. 

Pharmacy pickup option: If you choose pharmacy pick-up (paying at the pharmacy), refunds generally aren’t required because payment for medication is handled locally.

If prescribed, your prescription will be delivered within 3-5 business days or sent to your local pharmacy within up to 3 hours with Express service, depending on when you submit your medical history.
