• Treatment Processing: If our team takes longer than 24 hours to process your treatment, and you contact us via the member portal before a provider has evaluated your treatment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided no prescriptions have been sent.
  
• Express Service Addon: If you purchase our Express service addon and we take longer than 3 business hours to process your treatment, you are eligible for a refund of the addon amount only.
