• Trusted Care: Once your treatment enters the medical queue we are unable to offer refunds. All consultations are conducted by human healthcare professionals, not algorithms, ensuring personalized care tailored to your needs.
  
• Treatment Processing: If our team takes longer than 24 hours to process your treatment, and you contact us via the member portal before a provider has evaluated your treatment, you are eligible for a full refund, provided no prescriptions have been sent.
  
• Express Service Addon: If you purchase our Express service addon and we take longer than 3 business hours to process your treatment, you are eligible for a refund of the addon amount only.
  
• Pharmacy Pickup: Treatments are available for pharmacy pick-up only, allowing you to start your treatment right away. You'll pay for the medication directly at the pharmacy, where you can use your insurance and apply any co-pays at checkout.
